Overview

Conglomerate is a project to create a complete structured information
authoring, management, archival, revision control and transformation
system. Conglomerate uses XML semantics and powerful graphical editing,
coupled with a centralised storage model and a flexible transformation
language to create an environment which is easy to use, produces high-
quality structured output, and lets the user target several output media
with a single source document.
The project is well underway, with a functioning graphical editor
(see the screenshots and download the test code), and a server with
basic transformation and storage functionality.

The main conglomerate editor window:
Tag insertion: When the user drags a selection, the
selection changes color to indicate the legality of tag insertion.
This is illegal, since inserting a tag here would result in improper
nesting of tags.
This, on the other hand, is valid. The user right-clicks and chooses
the tag from the popup menu of legal tags.
The user chose the tag "Commercial", the tag is added, and the
display expands slightly to make space for it.
