4.0	28-Mar-2003	Über 60 neue Funktionen und fünf neue Module, bisher umfangreichstes Upgrade. Neue Features: Rollensystem, das ein Lese-/Schreibrecht pro Modul und User erlaubt; Modul zur Aufgabenverteilung mit Projektzuweisung und Statusmeldung; Übersichtsseite, die aktuelle Datensätze aus allen Modulen anzeigt; Zeitkartenverwaltung mit mehrmaligem Kommen und Gehen; Sekretariat, das Termine in einem eigenen Kalender anlegen kann.
3.0	30-Oct-2001	Neue Features: Mail client: The most important new feature seems to be the mail client. It collects ascii and html mails from several imap and pop3 accounts and sorts the mails into folders via rules. LDAP: Another feature which lots of users requested was ldap access for user authentification and contact management. API for own modules: PHProjekt now offers a convenient way to integrate own modules. Calendar: The calendar module supports now large comments for events as well as a contact or project link. It is possible to have parallel events. Print pages: A new print script shows the content of a note, a forum posting, a rts request, a mail etc. in a printable format. Projects: The project list has a new status field: 'offered', 'ordered', 'in progress', 'finished' etc. Each project can have a 'history', this is a list of notes assigned to this project. Files and contacts can also be assigned to a project. Version 3.0 also offers you the option to assign work time to a project without having a valid timecard. Contacts: Notes have a relation to a contact and/or a project and show the date of creation and last change. They can be copied for a colleague. Site search: There is now the option of a 'site search' which looks through all of your records in all modules. Miscelleanous: Other general improvements are: introducing a timezone variable for teams where the server is located in another timezone and the option of an automatic session time limit. Languages and documentation: PHProjekt is also translated into hungarian now and the help files are available in turkish

2.4	10-Aug-2001	Neue Features: »The highlight in this version is the extended file manager. You can create directories and subdiretories and view all files in a tree structure. Beside normal files you can create links to intranet files as well. Language dependent character sets are introduced. And finally it's possible to delete and merge groups. A new language set is available - catalan - and the help system has been translated into chinese, too«.

2.3	29-Jun-2003	Neue Features: »From this version on, the RDBM of ms-sql is supported. Time independent events in the calendar are added. The file manager also includes links to internal files in the intranet. The login routine has a new option: beside of last name and short an extra login name could be taken. Among several bugs a serious error in the postgres lib was fixed«.
